    Fine the civil war is still on but Rome gets 40,000 soldiers since most soldiers stay loyal to the government. and the rebels have 10,000 soldiers.

    So both Athens and Paris are going to stay out of this shit. Athens will not be able to honor the greek defense pact because of its constant state of unrest as there is no real leader to it. Athens is declaring itself a pacifist and neutral power. @darthdj31 Athens will go to the west in Anatolia for 5 provinces. Pick them yourself, but try and keep the borders somewhat equal.
