Well remember the Athenians originally wanted a Sparta-Athens alliance against Macedon, so I would assume they wouldn't honor the pact and help Macedon.
At this point Sparta has a reputation of getting it's ass kicked in a war. And asking for peace. Sparta Surrendered, silly.

Moscow prepares its forces to move out into Scythian terrictory. 30,000 infantry are put into the training ranks along with 30,000 cavalry. 50,000 levees are raised. Its only levees, not professional troops. Basically farmers with pitchforks. You guys need to start remembering levees for local defense. They aren't good for attacking, as they suck, but they are a good last resort. Given the current status of the foe, we recommend placing the levees in training. It'll have to do. Keep them with you. If we need them badly (I doubt it), we will call them. Macedon, Dacia, and Moscow call back their levees and place them in training. Macedon places 25 ships under construction.
