The 9th and 10th Fleets are finished and deployed with the other Fleets to patrol IoM waters.
2nd Fleet returns from Tyre and docks.
The IoM raises 25,000 more infantry to the training ranks along with 20,000 cavalry.
Chain-mail armor is made avalible for infantry.
Training for all other forces are complete.

Coastal defenses are improved.
City defenses, including walls and docks, are improved.
