Dalmatia would like to expand eastwards again, from our European provinces.

you can protect it but it still will be under roman rule.

I have had my land expansion skiped every couple of days so can I please have my land expanded more.

My Horde of 476,000 soldiers will begin its way North after a success in Rome.
My main navy of 95 ships will unite with the new Roman ones (let's say there's 10 or so of them) in Venice where they will stay docked.

I shall send 10,000 men.
