Two spearmen walk over a grassy ridge, in the shallow valley below is a bustlying town next to the mighty river Isar. A stone bridge is crossing it and leading onto a road going towards the city. Workers busly lift huge wooden slabs for the wall being built, the finished portion of the wall has spearmen posted along the side. There is a main road leading to a great town hall with hut houses connected by small fences. This town is Munich[not placed on the map yet], ruled by a council of 7 members. 300 warband are being trained in the fields outside the city, armed with wooden shields and axes.
The Imperium of Man dispatches 25,ooo more men to its new Iberian terrictories and raises enough men to the training ranks in those terrictories to replenish the depleted ranks of the originial expedition. The 10th and 11th fleets are dispatched to dock at the new terrictory. Construction to bring the new terrictory up to par with the rest of the empire begins.
