@LordZell On your bear problem. Yes, you can have them, we have proven it is possible to domesticate bears for combat. HOWEVER, you can't have tons of bears, and they need to be trained, which will take a while. (around 4-6 hours IRL I would say) @Imperial1917
FUCK YEAH! Sparta begins making war-bears. Armored war bears, 1,000. @Anwrise888 and you thought elephants were cool.
Also, war bears can be killed through spears and a few arrows, they're not easy to kill but they're not war elephants either. Take into account that they're strong, but not strong enough to batter down gates. Got it?
No They only are in the cold North your not in the north so I start traing some scout bears for now we also start making armor.
IoM: Scaled and lamellar armor are made avalible for infantry and cavalry use. You may want to clarify what kind of gates they can bring down. I won't have them bashing down solid iron gates.
He was making a joke. Me, and Anwrise used war elephants to bring down Athens gates. We built a BIG battering ram, and then the barbarian dogs showed up... DAMMIT Sly why did you have to build forts!
I start traing another batch of 5,000 swordsmen and 5,000 spearmen also we have bow I want a batch of 10,000 training.
Hawks and eagles and falcons were often used by noblemen for personal recreation use. Why not in warfare? I want a legion of hawks to descend upon my enemies and rip their faces off.
I'm just going to say right now that war bears is absolutely ridiculous, and should not be allowed, but whatever. I suppose this is going fantasy now. The Empire continues to train men.
