The Death and Taxes mod takes everything you love about Europa Universalis III and puts it on steroids. The greatest thing that it does is expand the time to 1356-1928 so you now have almost 600 years of human history to play through. It's a pretty crazy concept but it works well despite my initial reservations. There are over 40 nations to choose from including crazy nations like nations of spiders, robots and mutants.
