Why the Political Left Will Always be More Divided Than the Political Right

In this Coffee House Video Stalin spends the time to talk about why he believes the political left of the spectrum will always be more divided than the political right. He speculates that it’s because the left will not only argue about the change in society it wants to see, but also how it will achieve that change in society. While people on the right side of the spectrum merely want to keep society the way it is.

Whatever Makes You Happy

In this Coffee House video, Stalin talks about some of his recent struggles with depression and talks about how our society to a certain extent creates depression by its very nature. He then goes on to talk about cognitive therapy in terms of depression, and how perhaps therapist Albert Ellis' idea of unconditional self acceptance might be the true road to happiness. But it's a hard road to travel when societal mechanisms discourage such unconditional self acceptance.
