Sleeping - Simple Truth Is, muscle is created by our bodies while we sleep, not while we're inside the gym strength training. You see, while strength training we are merely breaking the muscle down. The human body isn't sleeping to repair new muscle in case your are an individual who is inside the gym weight lifting 5 times per week.
