    btw, I think there should an admin of sorts that controls all the NPC countries/factions so as to make sure that countries that are not player controlled are not randomly annexed.

    See, I built this rp from the style they use in nationstates, so I didn't really think about that. Ill have to come up with them. Btw you didn't have to give up free canada if you didn't want to. I just wanted you as admin because you seemed like the right man for th job ;)
