Probably you could classify as normal-every day Argentine. I think according to standard Spanish we talk very fast, and that's without considering idioms. That was a just a part of a crappy publicity.
I knew what he was saying but I had to listen to it a couple times before I could even tell the words apart. I learned in southern Mexico. Which is spoken really slow generally. Talking to South Americans and Spaniards is a nightmare for me. Especially Spanish people.
