So, a long time ago I watched this video, and yesterday a friend passed me the link so I watched it again. This is very very close to our accent (or at least porteño), and what he says is true, Buenos Aires is like a little world. I don't know if this guy is from here or not, he speaks very well English. By the way, not EVERYBODY talks like that.
