While I don't agree with his overall message in this thread, he does have a point on this particular sub-text.
Institutions inherit part of the blame for the actions of their employees.
If an institution refuses to remove someone advocating for a certain ideology when said ideology is controvertial, then they will face backlash, de jure or not.

When AIG committed its crimes, they faced the consequences due to the actions of their employees.

I am not saying whether it is right or wrong, just that it IS.

However, I will NOT assert that an institution is 100% liable for the actions of their employees in every case, particularly outside the workplace.

But this is a digression. Let us return to the topic at hand.

Sadly, quality objective educators have historically never really been in large supply. Though you have a point in some cases, there are quite a few colleges who intentionally draw these types in as part of their policy, but individual college policy is by no means the fault of the entire institution of higher education.
