    The problem is that most people who put Chives and FeyBart as their favs are split between the two. For whatever reason, FeyBart got the greater half of that split, and although the majority would like Chives over Romulus, he is able to maintain the lead. By 3 votes, none the less.

    Come on guys, Chives is the People's Candidate, we must secure his rightful victory.

    No, I think it's possible to restrict the number of times people can vote at a single given time, although you'd run into the problem of people voting for only one person.
