    Please update the map to show the transfer of IoM Iberia to Barcelona.
    Also show that Anglo-Welshland has been taken by IoM troops and is now an IoM terrictory.
    Causalties (assuming standard NPC garrison):
    Anglo-Welshand: total.
    IoM: 21,684 infantry; 3,936 cavalry.
    The IoM raises levees in the new terrictory to replenish the depleted ranks of the 2nd Fleet Expeditionary Force.
