They came across a highway sign that said "Vancover, 5 miles ahead". The scouts seemed please, but as the city came into the clearing, they saw rubble on rubble and green goo everywhere. The scouts could only assume that Vancover had been taken. They pulled their laser rifles and prepared to meet Chinese forces.
Midwestern BOS forces make contact with Reminents Chinese forces on the outskirts of the ruins of Vancover and accompany them to the city where an alliance is discussed. Meanwhile, Midwestern BOS forces in the Gulf of Mexico continue to expand the BOS navy and air power. Midwestern BOS soldiers continue to push south into South America.

The godmodding vaccines are working! In other news, The first plane has been made. After 3 months of constructing blueprints, and another month of constructing the plane, the first flight went with a success. The propeller turned properly and none of the wings have broken off. The cockpit is radiation proof and no signs of malfunction were seen. These planes will be use mainly for scouting, transportation, and dropping supplies. We are now designing blueprints on machinery to mass produce these planes.
The Midwestern BOS congradulates... honestly, no idea who you are playing... on their medicinal success. The Midwestern BOS does not yet have many working aircraft, but trade with Rivet City and control of Langly airfield is helping. Most of the craft are still grounded, but the blueprints are easy to distern by studying the aircraft. Planes will soon join the airships [that is canon] and Vertibirds [plot canon] in the skies above Midwestern BOS terrictory.
I am playing the Republic of Oakland. I control East San Francisco Bay, Santa Cruz, Nippon, and Hawaii I guess. Hawaii is extremely radiated and almost unlivable, but cleanup procedures are underway to make it sort of livable.

Well by conquering it, do you mean putting our flag on the beach and GTFO before the we all get irradiated. We haven' searched all of the islands, we landed in whats left of Honolulu and Pearl Harbor, so we assumed that it was nuked so that the US ships in Pearl Harbor are destroyed. We are sure that Hawaii was nuked as well. The other smaller islands might contain some form of life, but the radiation from the other islands are sure to have an effect on the life on the smaller islands.

With the expansionist BOS on the move, we fear that they might take southern California from us. We start sending our military southward, taking out raider encampment on their way. We plan on stopping at Santa Maria so we don't overextend. Colonists will settle in ruined cities and towns on our way to Santa Maria. No further plans to expand into California will be taken after this massive colonization. OOC: You can have Santa Barbara.
The Midwestern BOS Expeditionary Force reaches Southern California and with the help of the Western BOS, take control the the regions below Lost Hills [which is canonically Western BOS terrictory].
OCC: Don't forget, my men dont know that the bombs drop... There are no chinese forces left... The three scouts move in, finding no resistance. It was not until they reached the capital building did they meet any lifeforms... Or what they believe to be lifeforms. A group of giant green men were found inside the capital. The scout tested the corpses but couldnt discover what they were. They checked the building for any information to what may have happened since communications were lost.
The Midwestern BOS Expeditionary Force is aghast as the blatent hostility of the newcomers and agrees to being trade with the Reminent Chinese forces and pledges to aid it in its time of need.
Oakland remembers the war between the chinese, the bombs dropping. We cannot stand by our enemies. The RO supports the remaining american forces with food and resources to help fend themselves in the northern wastes.
The Midwestern BOS sends an emissary expedition to Alaska to discuss peace talks. Meanwhile, the Midwestern BOS works with the Western BOS to build new naval bases in Southern California. A captured ship is sent to San Francisco to open up relations with the Shi. OOC: Remember, the US fired at China first. At least, what little canon that is from Bethesda says that.
