It is not really my fault that Surf left. I heard his complaint out and proposed and inputed changes to make the game more fair. He just has not responded yet. If I wanted him to leave, I would have never put up any suggestions for changes to game mechanics [game mechanics that only served to handicap myself and no-one else, no less]. I genuinely wanted him to remain, because the direction in which he was taking the game intrigued me. However, it would appear that he has abandoned his post without discussing further with me how to structure the game. A small mercenary organization pop up almost out of the dust at the Washington/British Columbia border. The area was abandoned by the BOS when all avaible units in North Western region were sent to San Francicso to beat back the rebels.

Well I dont want to get into a whole sterotypical nerd arguement but there was a BOS revolution in San Fransico about 20 years before fallout 3 started, and i do not mean the outcasts.
And have you bothered to even read the thread yet? The SF Bay Area is under TheKoreanPoet's jurisdiction and the various splinter groups of the BOS have reunited under my leadership. This BOS revolution [which I have never heard of before now] was never directly addressed, but it was dealt with all the same, as the Western BOS and its splinter factions on the West Coast joined when the current BOS was formed.

TheKoreanPoet and I are doing a land grab race and Surf left when he found out that his determination to take Canada was thwarted [more rather, he refused to try to take it, even though I asked what restrictions I should put on the BOS to try and make the game more fair]. The Unity left. Rom left. I have been saying this the entire game: if you don't want godmodding [which I have tried not to do], than you need to put up the rules before the game is made. You also need more players. I would not recommend China... TheKoreanPoet and I are about to tear the place apart. Russia doesn't really have anything. Most of the Americas is taken. Eastern Europe is not taken, but the BOS is advancing through Western Europe quickly.
