Ok so im taking AP goverment right now and my teacher said the funniest thing every and i laughed out loud in class. well basicly what some students including me do is try to get him off topic in class and he goes on one of his librals are idiots conservitves are awsome rants and we asked him what is a good news source to watch. He said "There alot of them out there like CNN, NBC, CBS, but all of those are very biased and try to attack candidates alot, but atleast theres one good news station thats unbiased. FOX"
Maybe it's because of where I'm from, but this isn't really that funny. It's just expected of most people.
"I'm sorry professor but I'm going to have to drop your course. You fascist pig. Goodbye." Proceed to leave the room...
Need more to be said? Given, if my teacher said that I would have laughed to the point where I was rolling on the floor, right into a detention, totally worth it though.

I understand that we all make mistakes from time to time but this is embarrassing. Just goes to show you the types of people they employ, if you couldn't already tell by their "newscasters". Watching FOX is pretty damn funny though. For one, they only have attractive blonde commentators which is pretty funny juxtaposed up against old nasty Bill O'reilly. I happened to see part of the Megyn Kelly show and for any of you who've seen it, you've probably noticed they have the bottom of the desk cut out so you can check out her legs. I laughed pretty hard after seeing this because it just shows they're not even trying anymore (not they were trying too hard to begin with). At least they'll be purging Glenn Beck.
cant drop his course im in 9th grade lol its either AP government and AP economics or just economics or just government and I want collage credit because i think i could make a 4 or 5 on the test
He's a fucking teacher. He isn't supposed to be spewing his fucking opinion all over the goddamn place.
He is a human being and has the right to say whatever he wants. Unless in offends you other than you disagree, you can sit down, shut up, and grow up aka don't start raging every time anyone disagrees with your views.
He can talk about his views outside of school. His job is to teach facts, not his opinions. This is the same as reading the bible or the quran, etc. in class.
What if he was a liberal and Fox is awful and you should not watch it. Why do I get the feeling that your opinion would be different.
Your feelings are wrong. I wouldn't be as upset obviously, and neither would you from someone saying something you agree with, but I would still think that he should not have said that.
