    Quite obvious he was part of the Imperial Japanese Army and I remember seeing this picture during the Russo-Japanese War.

    And I call upon rule #1 of Historic Riddles, which is if I don't post a picture immediately someone else can have my go. (Rule #2 is that I only post tanks :lol:)
