The tank was indeed an M3 Grant/Lee. I'm guessing a Grant because the soldier standing next to it is probably British. I do believe the painting to be from a German legend. How during a battle the Swiss pikes were unstoppable until some guys suicide rushed and grabbed all the pike together (in his body) so his mates could finish the job. I skipped over Joske's thing because that's about as close as we'll probably get.
The French national guard militias marching of in 1792 to save the French revolution from invasion by IIRC Prussia and Austria. The painting is by Leon Cogniet.
Because I didn't want to double post and neither did I get an answer whether or not my answer was correct.
wel wait until Napoleon tells us if joske is correct and tells us the answer, then wel put another one up
Enei Church, central Bucharest, Romania, being purposely demolished by Communist authorities on 10 March 1977, 6 days after the 1977 Bucharest earthquake, despite having suffered no structural damage. I recognized that it was an Orthodox church so I started looking around. Was a hard one this one.
well done, except i dont know what romania is for? you put the next one, i put the most so far i wanna see some other ones.
This'll be a hard one, not sure if I should actually post it... but hey let's see what you guys can make of it.
ww2 or perhaps late 30s (probably 1936-1945), im asuming germans or at least someone in the axis, concidering the uniforms and panzershreks (or however its spelt). They could be some resistence in wrong uniforms, but i doubt it.
Hahah. Google images is wrong. It's an entirely different tank. Which is also the main thing I want to hear from you guys. Late 40's probably. The panzerfaust didn't exist until 1943.
so its finnish soldiers passing a tanks in the war with russia? and you want to know whose tank it was? i dont know, who else except soviet, finish army tank?
Since it is rather small tank my bet would be a T26. It is to small for a t34 and kv or even a t28. But it is really hard since theres just a pile of rubble left.
