The first looks like a bunch of kids playing ring around the rosy around an alligator, im guessing in a Russian city. Stalingrad maybe? and the second i was going to say Nazi officers but they don't seem to bear any of the Nazi symbols like the eagle and swastika, so ill say Soviet officers because it looks like they have little stars on their sleeves and what looks like Soviet Symbols on their hats.
Barmaley Fountain Stalingrad. German Officers (generals or higher, note the shoulder-straps) in front of a bunker. Probably inspecting a defensive line or discussing a strategy or some sort. The terrain also seems quite mountainousness. It's as far as I'll tell you guys. I'll try and contain myself from answering everything from now on.
