Okay I really feel we should get back on topic, before this truns into a "my country is better than yours" fight, which seems to happen on this forum a lot.
Vastly different isn't necessarily bad. I mean, what we got was a pretty bad scenario, we got Stalin and Hitler out of it.
Now that you think about it, what would actually happen? Germany wasn't in the war for the territory if you recall, and the only territory that we know that was assured to them was a lot of Western Russia. Territory in Belgium and France are a definite positive, but all of France, not likely. It would also stop the rise of Stalin and Hitler, so maybe it would have been for the best.
As a lot of support for the war came from Germany's defeat and the terms forced on them after WWI. So, had they won WWI, I doubt Germany would've started WWII. You never know, though.
I doubt that socialists would have actually risen in France or the UK. Maybe France, but probably not the UK. I think its more likely that there are just a lot of colonial revolutions.
Well could you imagine if Germany won the war, made the French pay reparations. This leading to a hitler like figure rising to power in France and then France starts World War II.

Maybe, but as we all know, France and winning wars don't mix. http://politicalhumor.about.com/library/jokes/bljokefrenchmilitaryhistory.htm http://politicalhumor.about.com/library/jokes/bljokefrenchjokes3.htm http://politicalhumor.about.com/library/jokes/bljokefrenchjokes2.htm
