I bow hunt and fish quite often. Occasionally I squirrel or rabbit hunt. I've grown up around hunting and it has made me more aware of the impact I have an the ecosystem.

I don't want to interact with people who I will never get along with, I'm just kindly asking you to make my life easier.
I could also sit here and argue with you if you want (and you will lose, trust me).

Also, peta can go to hell for all I care.

Edit: I apologize for my snarkiness if I got anyone's feelings hurt.

The same reason people who are opposed to racism don't hang around racists.

I'm just not going to be all friendly with people who have fun at the expense of suffering. Now unless you want to get into an argument about how hunting (and the way it's currently done) is a pile of crap and how it creates problems than it solves, I suggest you just drop it.

I do have fun hunting, people have done it for thousands of years. If you care about animal suffering you should join PETA, that you claim you hate. People like you would be the first to die in a world without modern technology, when it comes down to it you wont give a shit about the animal "Suffering".

That's an obvious fallacy, an appeal to tradition, and everyone with a high-school education should know that. You really should know how easy it is to tear that non-argument down. For example, just replace "hunting" with "owning slaves" and you should see why you shouldn't use that as an argument.
Why? I don't like PETA and they're not the only organization out there. That's like saying everyone who owns a gun should support the NRA
That's your lame excuse? Well, I just checked and it turns out we live in the 21st century, we have acquired more knowledge than ever and we live in a civilized world and all that isn't going away anytime soon. Your destructive tomfoolery has no place in our world.
But you know who else would do really well in an uncivilized world? manipulative treacherous scumbags. I guess that's the way to go then huh?

Modern technology makes it for animals do not have to suffer. Killing animals for just sport is wrong, but when you take the food from that animal to feed your family, whats wrong with that?

When you have other much easier alternatives (i.e. just eat some goddamn potatoes) there is no excuse for it.

I used to hunt, but it's boring as fuck. Still, I'll probably hunt or fish again sometimes. I don't really have fun during it, though.

Never done it, though my dad is always bugging me to. Just doesn't seem like it'd be fun basically walking around in the wilderness for hours at a time so I can *maybe* shoot something. But I know plenty of people who do it and they're all rednecks. Just sayin'...

EDIT: Oh, if this includes fishing then I do that all the time. Mainly in the summer, though.

Stop talking about fire you goddamn pyromaniacal sociopath. Fucking hell. Why would you set a fucking squirrel on fire? Does you obsession with fire stem from some mental disability?
