Hyrule: Total War?

    So I was browsing the Total War mods the other day and found this little number.

    It's a M2TW mod based in the Hyrule universe from the Legend of Zelda series. The mod isn't don't yet but personally, I think its such a dumb idea that looks like it will be amazing and awesome. I mean... They have a fairy army in the game. A FAIRY ARMY!!

    There are some demos for it and the modder has done some commentary for it.

    Soo what does everyone think about this insane idea?

    I think it's a good idea.... I fucking love Zelda. Hell I'd play it, and think you should do a video on it.

    EDIT: I just read the topic and mostly just looked at pictures but this looks like the single greatest idea anyone has ever come up with ever. If you don't make a let's play on this I would be severely offended. The one grievance I have is the map, being the Zelda nerd I am, I can tell you that Hyrule does not look like that. Also, maybe I skimmed right by it, but there should totally be a Termina faction. Why the hell isn't there? But I can't be angry for it lacking something, because it just offers so much.

    EDIT 2: Yeah I just checked thewre is no Ikana but there is Ikana, which makes little sense as the Ikana where in Termina.

    But you should definitely play as the... actually I don't know they all look tits. Surprise us.

    EDIT 3: Also he has Labrynna but not Holodrum? BIAS I SAY!!! This looks like the most epic thing ever though, I don't normally play mods, but I am getting this if it is the last thing i do! Zelda is the greatest story ever, FACT!.

    I hate the Zelda series. The thing burned out before I even knew how to talk.
    But this looks awesome and I'm glad someone thought of it and I'll try it.

    I'm still waiting on MLP: Total War to be a thing.

    Me thinks this will be super-de-super cool, especially if Nintendo doesn't kill this thing in it's infancy.
    Unfortunately, you can't play as the Fairies or any other cool races (like the Twilit) in campaign.

    The Fairies are in the campaign I believe.

    But then again, the campaign is non-existent at this point.
    I can't wait to dust off my ol' copy of M2TW and rip this shit. This game looks so awesome. Oh and also apparently he has permission from Nintendo or some shit, so long as nobody turns a profit.

    Stalin, you have to make an LP of this mod after Tropica 4 or M2TW Byzantines.

    The only thing I'm disappointed about is that some of the photos of the 3D models is blocked by photobucket pro. God damn you photobucket, trying to make us buy your god damn pro accounts so we can look at photos of one forum!!!
