Apparently, when I request assistance to Inquisitor, I don't get a response. Every time I ask he/she gives me nothing, unlike the other mods. So unless she/he is a real mod I don't see any reason why her/his name is there, So yeah I am complaining here because I can tell that Stalin won't not care I would have to say about my complaints about the Inquisitor.

It would be nice if he/she at least responded :p

    Inquisitor is Lucy...

And I think this has come up before, she's always going to be a mod no matter what, since... you know... she's Lucy

    In b4 lock.

Look, if Stalin doesn't care, then there is nothing you can do.

While he is certainly a very agreeable guy, barring a full vote of no confidence from those who regularly are active on the forums (which, by my vote, will likely NEVER HAPPEN), he will simply not fire her.

Furthermore, I think that she does a fine job.

If you have questions and she is probably too busy to answer, just ask another mod. Don't complain because she is managing other things.

No, the system is not flawed, you are just mistaken.
When I joined the site, I actually read the rules.
Nowhere in them did it say that this was a Democracy or even anything short of a benevolent dictatorship.
He is the owner and propietor of the site. He owns this site. Short of illegal activity, he can do whatever he wants and appoint and fire anyone he wants. He can ban people on a whim.
That is just how it is.

So? What difference does it make what she actually does (short of illegal activity)?
So long as Stalin wants to keep her in the position, in the position she will stay.

In a school, people learn who to go to for what.
In life, you need the same skills.
    Deal with it.

A mod is suppose to help the site and as long she does her job I am fine with that

Unfortunately for you then, you have no real way to hold her accountable to it save asking Stalin to do something.

Btw: what are you actually asking people to do?

    Umm... k.

You realize that there is basically zilch chance of that, right?

Stalin probably has a good reason to keep so many.
Its not like having too many is a drain on resources and as far as I can see, no mod has abused their powers yet.
There is no real reason to cut down, unless you can think of one?

Apparently he disagreed. Again, his judgment. Doesn't matter if his judgment is wrong, or rather, doesn't matter if you think his judgment is wrong.
