I'm not a art major but I will do my best.

- The split one color usage on the entire is a rather impressive display of brush straining in order to give it texture.
- The gradient blue backdrop uses extraordinary thin lining to ensure no edge mixing.
- The artist uses pointillism with paint and the color blending to ensure it comes off clean.
- There is also evidence of paint scraping/fading on the yellow circle to give the painting a rather interesting effect.
- The golden triangle is uses paint shading to further increase the 3D effect by adding a glancing light effect.

And that's off the top of my head. I couldn't interpret the meaning without a title and some background of the painting, but there is no denying the artist was technically skilled.

Maybe because it's something they are passionate about and they realize many people enjoy? You don't have to be a dick to people who enjoy something you don't. I can solve your art problem. G-d your so ignorant. First off, lots of people enjoy abstract art. It wouldn't be in the museums "wasting valuable space" if they didn't. And not all abstract art is geometric. I'm done debating this with you though as you obviously aren't going to get it with your elementary perception of art.
