Name the damn issue. What is your problem? If all it is is that you don't like Lucy's posts then a solution has been suggested. If it's something else then we can't well fix it because we're not telepaths.

Che never reported it. If we warned without reports I would have warned you on the spot but Lucy didn't want to report you.

It's already been explained why you can't add her to your foe list. It conflicts with our ability to do our jobs (and can't be done because anyone with access to the MCP can't be silenced).

And really? For one of our oldest (age-wise) forum members you're acting extremely childish. By this point in your life I'd have expected you to learn to live alongside people you don't necessarily like or agree with.

Assume too much - and know too little. that describes you very well, che never reported almost ANYONES comments on him and that's how warnings work you report someone for insulting you then the mods looking it over and hand out the warning or not. Che advocated the death of me, my family, and friends in one topic less then a week ago, so clamming the fact that if you live the live he was talking about that he would die alone, i think i can clam the high-ground there.

I really can't understand much of what you say, honestly but I'll try and answer as best as I can.

If Che says that stuff about you that's a bad thing, but he's only a forum member. I don't ask for the mods here to be Christ, but what I do ask is they take greater responsibility for what they say. Here we have the opposite, mods who say what they'd like to say and have the power to back up anything they damn well please. You should know better being a moderator not to respond in such a way, you did not take the high ground you acting childishly. If Che is a Communistic child, then you are the adult and should not stoop so low as to respond in such a way many here would feel inappropriate of a mod.

Che was just a member, but how can I expect to post comfortably in a place where the mods are all about just keeping order in terms of their power and not holding themselves to higher standards, hell even the same standards, they expect out of the people posting? That makes no sense, and still hasn't been answered.

I've not seen the moderate put into Moderator yet on these forums.

This is rediculous, there are fucking rules here, it is carefully constructed, this is a place for discussion, and most of the time people go off topic, people go WAY out of line, but moderators try and make it so people who are new coming into the thread can look at it easily and not have to sort out six pages of shit just to figure out what the hell the topic is about before they can even provide any input what-so-ever.

not really, you are a very new member compared to when che came to be a stain on the site it's self to the point of even driving members away, shunning all logic in debate and etc etc. after months of that a single night to where i called him on his bull, and may i add did not report a single post he posted nor even click the mod control panel, is not really a reflection of me acting like a "child".

Insults are defined by the reporting user. If we handed out warnings for every "Fuck you" or "fag" that gets thrown out by the members then our posting populace would be significantly smaller. If someone takes offense at a post then they can report it, at which point we will look at the report, discuss whether or not it's justified, and hand down a decision. Che didn't ever report posts, so no insults existed. Not that Che is an issue at all; he was surrounded by exceptionalism and hate that won't be plaguing us again ever.

If Che breaks the rules then clean it up with respect to your powers, but asserting your powers in a way as if it say I'm write because I have purple text over my name and you don't is not proper at all. Letting it spiral out of control, then hurling insults and getting away with it by virtue of where you stand on the forum isn't what a moderator does. And no I'm not telling anyone how to do their damn job, but when I see audacious stuff like that happening I feel this forum is going to go downhill quickly.

No, I'm saying I feel that the moderator position is becoming more and more of a joke and I'm not the only one to think this - I'm just the first one to speak out about it. It's amazing how you guys can completely spin arguments to have it favor you, especially when Kala rides to the rescue. I'm saying if I want to bring up a disagreement over a moderator, discuss why I feel they're wrong (no where did I say silence them) then why am I not justified in doing so? All you two did was defend Inquisitor tooth and nail saying they did nothing wrong and I'm just whining. Saying I feel mods should do some self-evaluation as to where they lie with how others feel about them is telling them to change their ways and do their job differently? I can't tell you how to do your job, but what I can tell you is when I feel you're doing your job incorrectly. Only you can change it though.
