I'd take your word because you live in Italy, but according to my dad, Monti is a boss. Then again, he hasn't lived in Italy since the 80's, but as far as I know, he watches Italian channels constantly. Is Monti really that bad?

Well you know, after i spent 18 years of my life under berlusconi regime nothing its really that bad ,but mr Monti is trying to save Italy without cuts in the salaries/pensions/previleges of the italian politicians and thats not good in fact the people here is angry and rightfully so cause you re not supposed to help a country by starving its people to death!

P.s give this(http://www.beppegrillo.it/en/) to your father cause the italian media are literally controlled by the government so they re not to be trusted, if you want information about my country, you should use the web.

I believe he gets his news mainly from RAI and the Italian newspaper.

RAI is our state owned public service brodcaster (we pay a tax on it "il canone") and its general directors and presidents are "chosen" in secret by politicians, so the information is clearly not free but each party controlls a part of it while our press(each paper) gets a couple of millions(from tax money) from the government to sustain themselves so they re even more state-controlled than RAI ,if they want to hide some new stupid law/tax or some scandal they just avoid to show it on tv or on the news papers and nobody in Italy will know about it except the people who use the web, and we re few because the internet connection in my country is among the slowest in europe.

Well if it helps any, he frequently goes on Italian news sites too. At least that's what I assume, because whenever I go on theres always random pages in a foreign language.

Was it true that Berlusconi wanted to add publicity in schools?
