I'm pretty sure it tells you somewhere on the Kaissereich froums, but you have to make sure you have the latest patches for both the Vanilla version and Kaissereich. Which is currently 1.02 patch for vanilla and beta 5 patch for Kaissereich.
My God, I have seen the impossible. America, broken but alive, survived the 2nd American Civil War. Keep in mind, this is after 1.2 where Mexicans sweep up huge chunks of America as well as everyone else. So somehow, some way, the government of the people, by the people, and for the people has not perished from this Earth. It was still democratic too.
