thats a horrible way to lose weight(and it would not work, as soon as you start eating you gain the weight right back), to lose weight you need exercise in some way to burn calories(this also will rase your raise your metabolism, which helps alot). Best way to stay fit is to do something fun, working out with friends helps, but you said you don't care and I can respect that, just saying if you ever try to lose weight again, do not try starving yourself. It's unhealthy and doesnt really work.

I practice martial arts twice a week, and i usually do a couple of hundreds pushups and situps on wednesday.( Martial art is on monday and friday)

I really don't like taking jogging rounds, but sometimes i get on the bike and take a ride with some friends.

Apart from that i don't eat healthy food at all, or atleast not by swedish norms, and i still don't get fat :p

Keeping fit means that u workout like 3 times a week, can't believe people are to lazy to do that ;)

I don't like running or jogging. The only time when I run is when I play soccer with a few of my cousins and friends and what-not. That's it, though. I do try to do pushups, and sit-ups, and whatever, because I didn't like being chubby as a kid. When I do, though, I don't do it for long, I've no endurance at all. I believe this is due to me being deprived of sleep every night, as I have a sleeping disorder.

When I was on my school's JROTC Raider Team, we did a lot of fitness. In fact, physical training was most of what we did aside from first aid and rope bridge. I quit because the team was going active and it would suck up all of my time (2 hours each day after school and 3 hour training on Saturdays). I'm now finding it hard to get back into fitness. I like to bike and now with spring here, I can finally start.

    Just walk.

Walking until your range increases, then jog a bit, then Run.

I freestyle ski (great for the legs) in the winter. I also have to do allot of strength training to have better landings and have the power to throw myslef into flips and spins. In the summer i do allot of tricking (sortoff like parkour just less practical) and then ofcourse trampolining, great for Cardio and body controll. Then there is my regular spine strengthening training, helps with the back pains.

Whenever you exercise, your body produces http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Endorphin which should make you feel happier.
Maybe it's just the tought of exercise which you don't find appealing, but not the actual exercise.

And to those who can't afford buying equipment or go to the gym, don't worry.
I'd say just using your body to exercise is the cheapest, easiest, safest and actually fastest way of getting fit.

With this i mean push-ups and situps, and some other things i don't know what they are called :p
Lifting weight for example is a perfect way to overextend yourself, and get hurt in the process.
When doing push-ups the risk for damage is minimal.

So it's not that hard at all, and it really makes you feel better, you get happier because of the endorphins, and being satisfied with your body.
