And he deserves a trial. I wouldn't agree if the sentenced him to death, but at least he would die in a humane manor under the law.

There is no point in death and torture aside from revenge. And revenge has no place in justice.

I dont see a point in punishing ANYONE. Locking one up to protect society is fine, id be happy if we put him under house arrest.
