That would put Gaddafi in the same realm as Martha Stewart the only difference would be time spent.

I see the reasoning, but in that case he would have to be relocated away from the Libyan population.

Neither making people suffer not just locking them up is a very rational method of making people pay for crimes they commited, a better method would be a combination of psychological therapy and trying to make up for the crimes by working for the intrest of the community.

Not like they were losing or anything, not like a few weeks ago when we had that 2 week silence on Libya where CNN or BBC wasn't reporting anything, Gaddafi was making major ground, you also might want to ask yourself why CNN and BBC have gone silent in Misratah.

Libya is just like Serbia, CNN and BBC will report major losses for the defender saying they never win any battles, when in reality the KLA in Serbia did not win a single battle. The only reason Serbia lost was because NATO was literally targeting civilians, destroying ALL infrastructure, power grids, water supply's targeting residential areas.

Same as in Libya.

I love how in 1 post your position changes from "Its not gonna happen " to "They are only about to win because of NATO". Why dont you just admit the truth. Gadaffi targeted civilians INTENTIONALLY. NATO does not INTENTIOINALLy target civilians. Trust me the "pro-west" :roll: media would be all over that, especially Fox, because they would be looking for ANYTHING to help their fight agaisnt Obama.

And no I didn't say the only way they will win is with NATO. They will still lose, the only reason they have lasted so long is BECAUSE of NATO. The rebels were losing vast territory before NATO illegally intervened.
