Locked threads forum

I propose that we should have some kind of sub-forum particularly for locked threads, so as to keep them from taking up room in the topic that they are in.

That kind of defeats the purpose, don't you think? =P

Not sure what you mean by that, but I'm sure it would be easier to find and reference when someone asks "why was I banned" or "why has my post been deleted" if they are so stupid enough to ask.

Also, it would be easier to bring up for discussion purposes, for debating rules and whatnot.

We should be able to quote shit from locked threads, especially since nearly every goddamn thread we have eventually gets locked.

Cant mods just delete the threads?

I'm not a big fan of deleting threads that aren't spammer threads.

But there is no need for keeping locked threads as they just take up room and having a sub forum would just take up more room on the index page which is incredibly unnessisary(<----mega fail spelling) seeing as no onre could ever post in it

Or better yet, got to the post, click quote, copy the entire thing tags included and then post that wherever.

You can't do that as clicking the quote button opens a reply.

I kind of like the idea of somehow moving them but instead of another forum what about to the back of it's own thread and its marked read for everyone?

Nothing to do with soft. I just like having a full record on the forums. What if someone wants to go back and get/read something from an old locked thread? Should be able to.
