Change would be good actually, though you don't have to appeal with all that patriotic bullshit.

Change is a good thing, especially if people really want it and are patient.

    Occupy the London Stock Exchange!

This is to the people on this forum that said there was hardly no support for the occupation of Wall Street.

You seem to be into the movement so I need to ask, what are their plans to improve their respective countries?

Try get a message out to the governments to stop supporting the interests of the corporations over the masses. Hopefully, they will change something by using democratic means. There is a diverse of reasons why people went to protest against the 1%, but collectively we want to see high Democracy and the government to answer to the people, instead of the wealthy elite and play their part in taxes since they hardly don't have to pay taxes.

I generally do believe it will expand over the course of weeks and months. I don't expect this to end pretty soon.

    Occupation Superthread

Various financial institutions being occupied by several collage kids complaining about their student loans. Are they painting their faces and camping out like some sort of politicaly charged slumber party? Why post about it in several different threads when you could have it all here? You may be part of the 99% but 100% of you should post about this stuff here.

I'm going to merge the threads that already exist regarding the occupy nonsense, as that is what a superthread is for. Look back to Libya if you want precedent. Oh, and things will get freaky up in here as it randomly orders the posts as far as I can tell.

I'll give you 10 minutes to rise in challenge to the action, then I'm merging them.

Oh this is good. I hope this stuff escalates just so I can watch the fireworks.

Personally, I think if occupy wall street had a more organized structure they could easily have garnered much more attention on the world stage then they are currently. The key is to get beat up and/or arrested seemingly unjustifiably while major news networks eyes are on the game. You'd have to do a bunch of crap leading up to it but if you were well enough organized you could hit up some news stations with spray paint, utilize flash mobs in interesting ways, I don't know but the whole point of this is you need more media attention. Time is not on their side if they plan to just wait till CNN decides to actually care.

We can't have all protests be like the March on Washington.
