I think that SovietEmpireUSSR most definately came up with a great 'opposite' view, much more well-thought out than everyone else's and far more witty but less sarcastic sounding than say, Stalin's 'opposite' economic viewpoint, and that he would definately have used the '99%/1%' phrase even before the 'Occupy' protests.
