The Nazis were a mostly left wing government. It even has socialist in it's name. Socially they were far to the right but economically not so much.

Yes but there were definitely socialist elements to the regime. It's not black and white.

They allowed private industry has every government should but they were to the left in regards to things like health care and they did nationalize essential industry's.
