Such mentality feeds the two-party system of the USA.

There is always room for a Third Party, it just has to depend on the person running. For example, Ross Perot in 1992 and 1996 and Theodore Roosevelt in 1912 both had something on their side. In the case of Perot, he is a billionaire with the money to feed his campaign. Believe it or not, he was actually winning with an average of 39% at the polls! Then he dropped out in the '92 election and then ran again which is what killed him. He ran in '96 but the damage was done despite getting over 8 million votes in that election. Roosevelt was a former and very successful president and that is where his support came from. Now if we some random no names in the race representing these third parties then good luck. One thing that I think can help third parties a lot is if they make an online channel to simply discuss what they believe and how they compare to the two mainstream parties.

If there were to be a third party I would love it to be moderate and non corrupt. Economically leaning slightly right and in matters of foriegn policy to the left.
