    I don't think this will really ever be an issue outside of this particular instance. I can't see a lot of people campaigning to become tribune, actually win, and then quit during their term. I think another election for the vacancy is the best idea, as this whole vice-tribune thing seems like it would cause a lot more problems than it would solve due to our rather limited (involved) member base.

    Everything seems like a good idea when you are tired. Basically, I had a break down. When I recovered, I thought this would be a 'Good idea'.
