So, I was watching the trailer for "The Hobbit" and then I started reading The Hobbit and then I started reading The Lord of the Rings and then I thought "Hey, it would be really awesome if Stalin took a hoard of hobbit fighters and slaughtered a ton of orcs!" Would anyone else like to see him play this?

I can see CE doing a LOTR-style game, but factoring in the magic would be a tough one.

Better just to make another Empire: Total War, methinks.

Silvan Elves are soooooo much better at slaughter than hobbits.

There is a Mod created for Medieval 2 TW called Third Age: Total War

    That's what were talking about.

If this won't get through, may I suggest The Last Days of the Third Age? It's probably the most popular M&B mod (still for the original). I've been playing it for a while now, and it's pretty damn good. There are a few small issues, but I've literally been waiting for five years on this beauty.

I don't think he would do a M&B LP, mostly because it takes too much time to get things happening.

True, this is especially the case with TLD.

However it would be nice to see a M&B let's play, especially with TLD or Brytenwalda, maybe he could do it by skiping the boring parts?

Well, skipping through the boring parts is a very good idea for those kind of games. I used it a lot in my EU3 LP.

I have actually been playing this game recently, a lot. However before I take on anything new I need to finish my current stock of let's plays. I need to pump out Darkest Hour and Tropico 4, figure out if I still we are still gunna have voice actors for Phoenix Wright then continue along the Skyrim train.
