    Stalin definitely needs to do more for the NKVD, but oh well.

    Also, the time we spent/spend doing this minor issue could be/have been spent on:

    -Aiding in the Ministry of Propaganda
    -Building our village on Wurm.
    -Creating a supply cache to give to new NKVD TF2 players
    -Planning a new tournament
    -Training new modders and making more mods
    -Creating epic SC2/Total War replays
    -Expanding the NKVD into a new micro-game for us to set up on and build upon

    And many more I can't think of.

    Almost every one of them holds a position in the NKVD. They may not be able to do as much as the average NKVD soldier, but they could still do a lot.

    No, more complaining that they have time to deliberate specifics that no one cares about but not enough time to go get a random drop for one of our TF2 Recruits.

    Ya probably, I don't think really anyone actually does stuff for the NKVD(other than tourneys). You know, that isn't in a position of power.
