Suggestion: Take Away Stalins power

I dunno why Mayor was removed but he's back now. I missed it. Could be something to do with him possibly becoming the new head of the NKVD clan maybe? Also this is pretty silly, suggesting that the site admin remove all his power, that's likely. <.<

Seems a bit extreme to take away all his power, or even knock him down to modship. But we do need something to watch the watcher, and it would be pretty easy to do that.

If you take a minute brief description of the American Presidency, he has tons of power, yet he's not able to run ramped with it because both a Congress and a code of Laws prevents him from doing it. Make it so that Stalin could unmod some or ban someone, but must get ~2/3 or so approval from the Senate/Tribunes first.

As well, the ultimate force on the forums should be the set of Rules, not Stalin, the People's Assembly, or the Senate. Everyone must be held under them, including Stalin himself. Now I don't mean go give him a ban for the entire sum of every little thing he's done so far, but say starting "today" Stalin will be held under and receive according consequences to the rules.

This is a much better balance between the entire government being Stalin's play things and the government keeping Stalin on a leash. Although I'm never going to convince any of you because I'm just some crazy extremist, apparently.

Anyway, a forum is made up by those who post in it, not one man who made the forum itself. So while the founder should have an abnormally large amount of power, he should not have all the power.

I feel sorry for supporting the People's Assembly idea in the first place, because we now have this shitty idea. He owns the fucking site why would you even ask him to do this?
