    No one is voting on the issue. People don't get to vote on bans. He broke the rules. More times than I can count, in fact. You break the rules, either with enough severity or frequency, and you get banned. That isn't up for negotiation.

    Explain how at all it would be fair or right to unban Che with full knowledge of his rule violations.

    No. No way will this thread be recognized or supported by any staff. When SOMEONE BREAKS A RULE, THEY RECEIVE PUNISHMENT. To subject Che to a special treatment is what started this whole damn mess.

    No we're not.
