Changes to Clan Structure

    As of today I am General Secretary of the NKVD and there will be several changes to reflect this.

    1) Everyone in the NKVD will be kicked out as more than half of our membership is made up of inactive members. This includes Field Marshals and Commissars.
    2) There will be a minimum amount of interest needed for each branch to become operational, as of right now seven people need to say they will join before I OK a branch.
    3)For the time being commissars will not be used as Field Marshals are able to deal with 10 people, just because you had a Field Marshal position before DOES NOT guarantee you will be given the same position. When a group reaches a large enough membership a Commissar can be recommended by the Field Marshal but has to be given my approval.
    4) Anyone who wants to be a Field Marshall contact me at LarzSoder@gmail.com or PM me with reasons as to why I should consider you, the best written responses will be the ones I consider.

    You have to be a part of some clan activity before I'll ok your soldier status, and inactivity within the clan will end will get you kicked out

    Fair enough.

    I take it previous Tournaments do not count?

    Edit: I had a great Idea to know what branches you belong to we should make different colors for the different branches what do you think?
