    Do you mean, enacting a one time Ban All rule? because if someone new comes onto the forums, there shall be nobody to argue whether or not he is new, without exposing themselves and having them banned by Stalin, or whoever is in charge....

    Hey... there can be a dictatorship if we ban all, whoever comes first and is smart enough to take the opportunity, then he/she shall become omnipotent ruler of the forums and will start anew.
