    Greetings comrades.

just this last 5 minutes, I have returned home from purchasing Gears of War 3 from the store, and this post is to tell you how I look at this game.

Ok, first of all, this series is pretty cool, I've liked it but for some things rather than the other, I want to get to an issue that I'm worried will affect me with this game, and that is the Multiplayer PVP, I sucked at GoW2 in PvP modes, I couldn't kill jack shit, it seemed that no matter how much bullets flung out of my guns that nobody would die, I'd die first, I've lost interest in the game the first few months after the release of GoW2 and haven't played it in a while, which may have affected that, I could've possibly lost the knowledge I had into the game and how to score kills in it.

However, I always played Horde, I loved Horde, it was simple but awesome, that was the only game mode I could play with other players besides the co-op campaign.

So, I'm worried, but not that much, I've checked out the main menu, and all the junk and what have you's, and it looks pretty promising with the customizations to your gun's "skin" patterns, as well as the new guns added.

Let me know what you have to say about this game, in the meantime, i'll be playing Campaign, if you have an Xbox360 and want to play, add me as a friend on XBL, my gamertag is ABadComrade.

Edit: So I've played for a few hours....... F%!@ing AMAZING, I'm loving this game, first MP match on Team Deathmatch stats are 7 kills, 8 deaths, and 12 downs (of course  ) Pretty damn good for just finding my range of weaponry.
this game is amazing, I recommend it for any fan of a good, intense third person shooter, HUGE improvement over the last.

However, there is one problem, the "season pass"... at first it sent chills down my spine, for 40 dollars I'd be buying all the DLC that'll ever come out of it, BF:BC2's "VIP" pass, literally the exact same thing, costed me 20 bucks.

It is a valid idea, but I'm not sure I want to make a purchase to a game that costed 60 dollars on retail sale, even though I got a Store Credit for trading in a few games at GameStop/EBGames. it is not as horrifying as Call of Duty games, but still, it is there.
