    Napoleon has been permanently banned. In fact, he has probably broken more rules than anybody else by returning with multiple accounts. He should just piss off and stop annoying everybody.

    Not only did he broke the rules, he undermined everyone's trust and attempted to undermine the site and Stalin. After being banned he continued to violate the rules by creating multiple accounts in order to "apologize" despite being told at every corner that this wasn't the way to do it. Now, every time a new user posts, everyone accuses him of being napoleon, and we have to launch an investigation to determine if it's him.

    He broke the rules, and he's not coming back. Nobody wants him back, and there isn't anything he, or anyone else can say to change that

    The conditions for your side does seen harsh, having to investigate every time.

    Yet perhaps the only way to stop this is to restore his old account, and bring him back.

    In the Cheflegel case (If a member wants to stay let him stay)

    Che hasn't made accounts such as this, brownie points for him I guess.

    No. Permanent means permanent. To give him a second chance after all of the disruption he has caused will only encourage him and others to break rules, as they are too lenient. Just because one person wants him to return doesn't make it okay for him to do so.

    With Cheflegel, who wants him back? Karakoran only wants him back so he can play Minecraft with him. That's everybody. Cheflegel wants everybody on this forum to die and is openly antisemitic.

    That isn't hot it works. If he wanted to be here he wouldn't have broken, or continue to break the rules. You cannot expect to break the rules and then be pardoned just because of a few words. There would be no point to having rules if all you needed was a half hearted apology to gain clemency. You do realize his first multi was made while he was an active member, in order to create an alternate persona in order to gain mod powers right? Additionally he lied to multiple members of the staff in direct conversations, multiple times about his transgressions. What's to say any of what he's saying now is sincere?

    I haven't seen toast do alot of thing bad, besides posting that wierd picture of a kid in a mirror as his signature, and some vulgar language many of which in Che's topics. But I don't want anyone else banned besides bots and such I think we should have temporary bans.

    The "weird picture of a kid in a mirror" was actually Link. As for the vulgar language, granted. A swearword is bound to appear in almost every post. SHIT. If we were to only have temporary bans, how long would Napoleon and Che be temporarily banned for? Che was already banned for a month and made no effort to cease his wild shenanigans.

    You continue to bring up rules and regulations and what I am trying to is simply go a social route. What I mean is delete Perma-ban from Mod tools, leave only Tempo-ban
