I propose PC Games, Console Games & Portable Games be merged into a Gaming Forum. Games should be renamed Forum Games. The War Room Podcast & Modding should remain the same.

Plus considering the things you have done to help this site Surf, you are sooo far from the least important member.

It looks like the people want this too but I will wait for this to get more votes and bring it back up then. If the people want it it gives us a reason to go ahead and do it.

Console gaming is about as dead as Moses and poor old Portable gaming, that was never even alive in the first place.

I don't have anything against this.

@Surf. You helped a lot in the last Tribune election.

I would say that PC games should be an independent forum but a merger between at least the console and portable gaming sections is a good idea. Mixing actual gaming with forum games is silly though.

There wouldn't be any mixing of actual games with forum games, in fact it would prevent it as some people see the "games" forum and think console or PC games, so naming that "Forum Games" would prevent that. I also disagree that PC games should be separate. Most of the games talked about are multi-platform, on PC and console, so they get put in PC games anyways and the forum for console games is never used. People don't know whether to put these games in PC or console gaming as well. A General Gaming forum would be a place for discussion of all games, get all of the views and eliminate confusion.

I agree with this idea, it confuses new people trying to participate in the Gaming section, but wouldn't the name Gaming forum be a bit, I don't know, not enough descriptive.
