Should Mental disorders be accounted for in crimes?

    Help? If they are retarded then they don't have the mental capacity to understand what they did wrong, if they DID understand what they did wrong then throw them the fuck in prison for all I care.

    If they are insane and are having delusions that they were under attack at the time, then we need to keep them in a mental institution .

    I disagree, slavery is far more fun.

    Why is this even a question? OF COARSE Mental Disorders should be accounted for. Why WOULDN'T you account for them?

    Well not all states/countries are the same, the state I live in, Idaho, prosecutes all crime offenders the same, so a person with Schizophrenia, and a person who doesn't have a mental disorder gets prosecuted the same way, plus children get tried for as adults automatically, I personally think it's stupid, but meh! what do you expect? Idaho is one of the Conservative strongholds after all.
