I think the Greeks at this point don't give a shit who's in power. They're already in an economic shithole.

I was chatting it up with a Greek girl a few days studying here. She's severely depressed about what's happening at home, and I don't blame her.

By the way, I also really have no idea how Prime Minister Papandreou survived. One lucky guy. Now I guess he wants a unity government with the conservatives. They will do anything to push forward some form of a working administration, and keep the communists out.

It would be better for Europe if the Greeks left the Eurozone but they wont cause they will lose all their foreign investment

This wasn't the first time that he narrowly won a motion of confidence, but I suppose he learned he lesson and he can't continue with the same administration...

No, Papandreou wants to form a coalition with the conservatives. The conservative leader, Samaras, like what Dman wrote, doesn't want it.

In the end, it just creates more uncertainty for governing a country that already is royally screwed.

I think that lucky is the wrong word.
At this point it's a bit like in the movies when the plane's crashing, and both the pilots are dead/KO'd, so some passenger comes and tries to fly the plane.
