The Soviet Union wishes to make known it's support for France's calls of reparation from West Germany. It hopes that such payment will be used wisely, to help rebuild the lives of the working peoples of France. We would like to ask also, that West-Germany pay reparation of (2mp) to our friends in East-Germany, that it may be used to repair the the damage caused by their activities to sabotage the security of the working people of the GDR.
Japan should also pay it's reparations to the People's Republic of China (China) for nearly half of the destruction of China and the massacres that were committed by Imperial Japan.
